[Dragora-users] New cheat sheet file

Hi everyone,

A new file called "CHEATSHEET.md"[1] has been created, the idea of this
file is to have small pieces or direct instructions to do something
useful, also to make known more about the distribution.  Currently, it
contains the instructions to bootstrap and test the current state of
the distro.  Soon I will be adding more things.
