Yes, this is a known issue:
I still don't know what is going on, in the sense of whether it is a
local problem or a problem in TDE with some related component in
Dragora. I will have to communicate with the TDE developers as to give
a solution to this. I'm afraid I'm busy at the moment as the economy in
my country got more and more difficult...
