Here's a big thank you to Evan, Rick, Mark and Gary for the helpful info and quick replies on converting the W4 to read PEP...
I also found a circuit in the ARRL archives originally for the Heath HM-102...I have one of those, too, which I intend to upgrade. I haven't checked yet, but, that circuit may even work in the W4!
