[drakelist] HOW DO I LIMIT EMAIL FROM THIS SITE?

I sent a email last week asking how to limit the email I receive from this site. Never got an answer.   It's easy on the Yahoo Groups to stop each email and only get a daily summary or stop the emails but still stay subscribed to the site.   Will someone email me and let me know if it can be done on the site?   Thanks 73's Dick K4EIH/6
