Yes, that is what it looks like, except it has 1 metal can electrolytic mounted in the space next to the choke. The serial number printed on the top is 261. Other than the electrolytic it is identical to the one in your link. I guess somebody could have punched a neat hole and added the capacitor.
The inside is a little messy due to several leaking capacitors and I will try to replace them and get it working again.
