Thanks for the help... I went through the PS and all voltages are there..
And I know I have a bad power plug... so thanks to this group I was able to
order one... some of the bakelite is broken and some of the sockets are
bent.. tried my best to make things straight and plug it back into the rig,
(and will not move it) and all is working once again... So now I am a happy
Drake owner... next week I will change out that bad plug..
    Thanks to all that suggested ideas.
