Make sure the 10 volt regulated is exactly 10.00. Note this adjustment is near a couple others you don't want to mess with. Read twice and adjust once.
Make sure the 40 Mhz oscillator is exactly 40.000 mhz. As this is the master clock if the digital electronics is working, everything just falls into place.
