My TR5 is Ser. No 1436, and the PS75 with it is Ser. No 329. The TR5 was advertised in the UK by the London based Collins / Drake Supplier " Radio Shack " not part of the Chain who Tandy own, around 1982. But I never heard any in use in the UK, so whether Radio Shack ever had a supply of them or not I do not know.
