I had that happen to the bandswitch of my T-4XC. I managed to glue the two halves together, and am now using that knob for the GAIN control (much less torque). It looks pretty good, but I know it is still there.
You might want to search past posts; I believe someone did have a source. Another great resource is: http://www.wb4hfn.com/DrakeParts.htm . There are many links to parts and service suppliers that could help you out. Let us know what you find.
