Don't know if this will help you out, but I just measured the voltages coming out of my stock AC-4 power supply (NOT connected to the radio):
Hi Voltage: 698 volts
Low Voltage: 268 volts
Bias Voltage: -54 volts
Your power supply may be ok, but the voltages are a little high. Maybe someone more knowledgeable will respond.
