I would like some help on solving a just recent
problem with my TR-4. I got ready to transmit
and during tune up, I noticed that I couldn't get
more than 25 watts output and then had to turn up
the xmitter gain to maximum which I have never had
to do. The maximum that I have ever had to
adjust the xmitter driver was probably four marks
on the scale. All of the tubes light up. This
is not band related and occurs even with a dummy
load. Before I go any farther I would like
to get some advice. This is the only problem I have
ever had with this transceiver since I
purchased it in 1969 from Henery Radio in
California. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much. Karl Corder [EMAIL PROTECTED]
