[drakelist] 2B Bandpass Copntrol

The bandpass knob on mine feels “funny”.  The control seems to work fine in shifting the bandpass center up and down a several kilohertz each side of center. It turns freely up to a point but then something catches and it has much more resistance, like it has started to push a heavier assembly.  If I turn it the other direction the same thing happens after turning freely at first.   Is this normal?   Jim K4AXF
