There are two things that can cause a transformer to Huummmmmm.
1. Loose laminations (although this is usually more of a buzz). Fix is to tighten the bolts holding the laminations together.
A. Loose windings. Fix is to wedge a popsicle stick or other wood piece between the windings and the core stack.
2. Heavy electrical load. Often caused by reverse polarity electrolytics, but usually self-curing when the electrolytic explodes sending shredded aluminum foil all over everything.
Since you just re-did electrolytics, I'd check and re-check polarity. The wiring is a little odd, since some are in series. The bias supply caps are also wired a little differently in that neither side goes to the chassis.
