Jim,
I understand what your saying but I still have a problem with parting out
good radios for profit. If its a junker that's fine. Most Ebay listings
state " removed from a working radio ". Many hams including myself try to
preserve the old boatanchors not destroy them. I have repaired tons of
TR-7's over the years and have yet to take parts from a working radio to
repair another. Just my opinion, I don't expect everyone to agree. Like I
said its the money for profit part that I despise.
