The original was just a 5" x 7" "oval" speaker, 4 ohm voice coil. About $3 at Radio Shack.....
Now all I see are "Car Speakers" with Kevlar voice coils, polypropylene coils with foam surround for $100 and up!
Glad a bought a couple of Radio Shack 40-1261C when they closed them out a while back. $1.99 each.
But that's what you need, 4 ohm VC, 5" x 7" oval, 4-5/16" x 4-5/16" hole pattern.
