WINMAIL.DAT is an attachment that a Microsoft mail client attaches to an
outgoing email. It is only visible when the recipient email client is not
capable of rendering Microsoft Rich Text Format (RTF)
Ahh...ok. RTF brings nothing particularly essential to a text message
other than size.
