Hi group   Thanks for the answers, but I didn’t gett he answer I wanted, though.  Although inspired by the prices of Sylvania 6JB6, my interest moved to the more technical side of the neutralizing process.  The neutralizing is described in the compendium from Eimac http://www.cpii.com/eimac/cf.htm.  I was wondering if I had understood this process correctly.    An alternative is to exchange the PA tubes with 6146B, but this is a far greater task to undertake, and I won’t do that.
