Would like to thank everyone who sent me great ideas to fix my problem, especially Bill Frost and Garey Barrell. It ended up being, C91 was partly shorted and loading down the -80VDC. I changed all of the paper caps while I was at it. That is something that I usually do in vintage gear, but for some reason, I did not change out all of the lytic and paper caps in this receiver. I paid the price, spending several nights chasing AVC votages around.
