Unfortunately, those 10,000 series ECL ICs are about the most unobtainium parts in the 7 Line, (aside from the AF/RF/Power Switch)!
The Semiconductor "brokers" have thousands of them, but they want to sell them in thousand lots too. Some of the series (or equivalents) are available still in surface mount, so it might be feasible to "make" a replacement that way.
