About s/n 27000 it changed to the B style knob and about 32000 changed
to the TR-4C with of course the C style knob.

I recently acquired an RV-4 and a TR-4 from different sources. Both
have what appears to be -3 series main tuning knobs on them. Seems a
strange coincidence that they both have the wrong knobs...did early 4
series units use the old style knobs?
