The drake screws are a 6-32 x 1/4" slotted pan head machine screw fully threads black oxide. I looked through several catalogs and finally found one in McMaster Carr.  But the price was shocking McMaster Carr PN 94340A440 Hard Alloy Stl Pan Head Slotted Machine Screw Black-Oxide, 6-32 Thread, 1/4" Length In stock at $6.04 Each I suppose it is the hard alloy that makes these pricey.
