Ron Wagner <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> made an utterance to the drakelist gang

Be aware that almost all ISPs now delete "potential spam" e-mail. The stats are that close to 80% of the e-mail traffic that is on the net is spam. Although my ISP uses "loose" settings and I get a lot of spam, I still loose some e-mails that are "real e-mail".

One week my ISP had issues and dropped the spam filter and I had roughly 100 spam e-mails a day. I am not trying to defend the ISPs poor quality implementation, but it is a necessity to run spam filters, and unfortunately they are not perfect.

Please be aware that AOL deletes incoming and outgoing email periodically

ISPs have this problem.
