Hi All, I recently picked up a beautiful L-7 from a gentleman who monitors this list. I am completely happy with this amp but tonight I noticed something that leads me to ask a question of the group. I turned on the amp and the fan did not start right away. I tapped on the fan box and it started up.
I would like to be prepared for the eventuality of the fan possibly quitting. I therefore have a couple of questions I would like to ask the group. First, are fans still available for these amps? If not, is there something currently on the market which will substitute for the original? And, since I am blind, is this something I can do myself with relative ease or is it a long and involved process to change it out? I thank you all for your feedback and wish all very 73.
