Fellow enthusiasts,
Here are the fan numbers that I have been using for cooling fans for the power supplies for the linears, RF decks, and C line transmitter. They all start and run reliably on 110 vac, as would be the case when putting two in series. Can't hear them run. Following are "standard size" muffin fans: ETRI 220v 123XR-01-007 Flying leads ETRI 208-240 v 125XL Connector ETRI 208-240 v 141LV Connector Following are "slightly smaller size" muffin fans: MECHATRONICS 115 vac UF92B12-BTH Connector MECHATRONICS 115 vac UF80B12-BWH Flying leads I hope this information is helpful to you. There must be other fans that will work well too but I found that only a select few models that are rated for 220 v will start reliably and run quietly on 110 vac.
