It seems my re-lube of the PBT coil carriage in R-4B #1 was less than successful. I had very lightly lubricated it with molybdenum grease (the same stuff used on CV joints) after a thorough cleaning and it started going wonky again. If I reached around to the back and pushed on one of the adjuster tips, the carriage would return to its proper position.
