For future references, here's what's available: Go to a spring manufacturer's website - probably cost-prohibitive. Harbor Freight spring assortment. Tru-Value or other hardware store (I wish the one in Mebane was still around!) Scavenge from a parts rig. Obtain from a Drakelist member. For the time being, I'm going to scrounge the spring from my TR-3 parts rig. I will be keeping an eye peeled for suitable replacements that look like the original.
