That choke is 750 uHy, or 0.75 mHy. Should be able to handle 400 mA. RFC2 and RFC7 are the same
choke, and your best bet is a donor unit The other, similar chokes are also 750 uHy, but rated for
250 mA. Not many chokes of that type being made today. I think you could go to 1 mHy without any
ill effects, which might be a little easier to source.
