Thanks to all that responded the the other day to my inquiry about the R-4B issue. This morning I pulled the bottom cover to look at the voltages. All voltages and percent of ripple were ok with the exception of the BIAS. Looks like Garey pinpointed the issue, the BIAS cap has failed.
