If you can't find an exact item, I saw one that is very close I think on
Surplus Sales of Nebraska web site. I need one also but have not had
time to check the size yet.
I have one of the old-style mil bar knobs with the metal back pc keyed
onto the shaft flat to reduce the stress on the bakelite. I was
thinking of cutting that down a bit to fit. THe switch detents are so
stiff in the 2000, the knobs really take a beating and I can never keep
them tight.
