Drake and Collins both used the Switchcraft S-230 right angle phone plug. They are available from a seller on eBay, from Switchcraft (.206" Commercial Plug), from Mouser Electronics, From Newark, from CQ Radio Supply, and from WA4SDE (see the WB4HFN web site).

The microphone plugs are also referred to as PL-068 in military and aircraft
jargon. They are still used in aircraft. You might find a surplus listing
somewhere under that nomenclature.

Hi All,

Does anyone know a source for a stereo 3/16" jack used for the mic
connection on the Drake TR4's? I'm replacing a non-standard jack on a TR4
for a friend. I've searched the net but without success. Even Switchcraft
doesn't list any 3/16" jacks on their web site. Perhaps I just haven't
looked long enough.

Thanks in advance for your time!
