I use RG-62. RG-62 is nominally 93 ohms, has ~13pf/ft vs ~21pf/ft for RG-58 (50ohm) or RG-59 (75ohm) and works very well. If you want to put a PL-259 on for any reason it uses the RG-59 adapter. It was used for computer cable and is available many places.
However be sure to look for RG-62 with a copper jacket so you can solder it. One place that has it and will sell cut quantities is Skycraft in Orlando, an old electronics and general surplus dealer.
