Tim you may find that the grommets have dried out over the years and worn, you can replace them while your at it and might just find that's the problem. It was on mine and still quite as a church mouse. The grommets can be purchased at your local hardware store, or auto parts house, very cheap. Some times it take 3 hands and 2 feet to do it without taking the whole thing apart but really its a easy fix. Woody
