It is not possible to get binary packages for free. You can contact LINBIT sales department, if you don't mind paying for support and login and password will be provided to you. Alternatively you can download DRBD source and install it yourself. For the DRBD-MC it does not matter how the DRBD was installed. This is the completely free solution.
