I figured out that the LV on the second node was only 2.5TB. I extended it to 3.52TB and then issued a drbdadm resize command on the primary node, but this did not seem to trigger a resync. Why not? According to the DRBD user guide, both of the prerequisites for resizing are met. The backing devices on both nodes are managed by LVM and both nodes are in a connected state. Why won't it resize?
