Hi, Actually these servers are in 1GBPS local LAN only and H/W is also same for both the servers. IBM xserver 3650 M2, 8GB RAM, 2x Intel Xeon Processors, 300GBx4 SAS HDD, RAID 5, 1GBPSx2 NIC's. MySQL5.1.42 Advanced version Please suggest on this. Thanks, BalReddy
