Yes we tried by restarting heartbeat.

Kindly note we are using heartbeat 2.1.4.

Also we are using the same ha.cf file for v2 as mentioned in the document.

This actually looks fine. I'm not sure why pacemaker believes the
cluster contains but one node.

Out of curiosity: Why aren't you using the ha.cf from the tutorial you
linked earlier?

Have you tried restarting heartbeat?
