Well, I crashed and burned. After figuring out some configuration differences between 8.2.6 and 8.3.11 I am unable to sync the two systems. Should these two versions be able to talk to each other or have I overlooked something obvious?

I thought I'd ask the simple question before I post lots of output and configs to the list.

I'll attach the primary (older 8.2.6 version) output since it seems most relevant
