Upstream has had, as of today, 240 changesets since that remus branch
was forked off upstream changeset
f34c62e9ecec8fc73c1a2191a28e0419b44cef33, many of them tracking changes
to the mainline kernel. The drbd-8.3-remus branch on that git repo has
apparently merged 5 of those 240.

Safe to say "all bets are off"?
