Yes, actually, on the face of it, but thanks for helping to remove any
ambiguity. It is clear now that DRBD does not write to disk
asynchronously (even though the term "memory synchronous" could
suggest it) and that 'in-flight requests' refers to replication that
has occurred between DRBD daemons on nodes but nothing else on the
system sees it on disk yet, rather than something generated by
generic_make_request.
