C is the third node in your three-node setup. On C's side, its drbd resource (which is lower level from A/Bs perspective) is stacked on yet another drbd resource that is shared with the offsite node. Please note that there can be no "read only mirror" in this scheme. DRBD secondaries are not read-only. Rather they are "hands off" until you loose the primary and promote the standby node.
