I resolved this problem of split-brain with the follow link

My configuration is primary-primary mode or Dual-primary mode and its
ok!

Ok, so;
drbdadm -- --overwrite-data-of-peer primary <res>
Was the right thing to do. Of course, if the other node is ever
recoverable, it will be in a split-brain, but it's acceptable in this
case as the alternative is an extended/permanent downtime.
