Hi,

did your filesystem get mounted read-only?

Prune your kernel logs, perhaps something has gone wrong.
For example, there are certain LSI RAID/Firmware/Drive/OS combinations
that have been known to cause filesystems to get remounted when the RAID
became degraded.
