What did you configure your VM to use as its disk?
/dev/VirtualMachines/test2 or /dev/drbd/by-res/r1 (/dev/drbd2)?
If you used /dev/VirtualMachines/test2 then that's what's wrong. your
reads and writes are bypassing DRBD. The only thing that should be using
/dev/VirtualMachines/test2 is DRBD, your VM should write to
/dev/drbd/by-res/r1
