Can you install tha kmod rpm package?
In my enviroment, it confilcts kernel-3.10.0-229.7.2.el7.x86_64.
# rpm -ivh
/root/rpmbuild/RPMS/x86_64/kmod-drbd-9.0.0_3.10.0_229.7.2-1.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm
