please make sure that there is no leftover drbdmanaged process running.
- drbdmanage shutdown -q
- ps aux | drbdmange # and kill if necessary.
-drbdmanage uninit -q # get rid of the control volume if for whatever
reason it was created
- drbdmanage startup
