The --force option does not remove any resources or volumes, all it does
is to remove the drbdmanage resource entry or volume entry from
drbdmanage's data structures without attempting to do any deallocation
or cleanup of actual resources, such as a configured DRBD or backend
storage for the resource or volumes on any nodes.
