Before going as far as testing linstor-proxmox storage plugin, you must
ensure that you have a healthy and working linstor cluster, which it
doesn't seem to be the case.

>From a quick look on your attached screenshots I noticed that there are no
assigned IP addresses for your linstor cluster (the output of 'linstor n l'
command).Not sure how that happened but you must fix that first.
Once you have that working, you can focus in creating a thinlvm based
storage pool definition/pool and have linstor create some test resources on
top of that.
