Dream Title Where Eagles Fly
Date of Dream Aug 12, 7:00 a.m.
Dream My Ex-husband and I dated for 3 years before we
decided to marry. He ended up leaving me for another woman less than a
year after we were married. I thought that I loved this man more than
anything. Now I believe I loved him because he needed me. He is an
alcoholic and generally a miserable person unless he is drinking. From
what I hear, he is not doing very well now (missing work, drinking, no
money, etc.) I know that we will never be together again but I still worry
about him.

So I am single again. I am lonely on one hand but I don't think I am ready
to date on the other. I think I am scared. Scared of finding another
'needy' man, scared of having someone else take advantage of me, and scared
that I will never be truly loved for just being me. Since I do not want to
do the 'bar scene' for fear of being found by another alcoholic, I decided
to try an Internet dating service to find a potential mate. I have had
several responses. One in particular that I am very interested in but I'm
not sure how or if I should take the next step and meet this gentleman.

My dream began at a church social. In the church were 2 rooms. I was in
one room and I could hear my ex talking in the other. After getting our
lunch, my kids and I took our meal outside to eat. There was no place to
sit so we walked down the block to another church social. The ladies at
our table were extremely snobbish. I remember getting up and taking my
children to eat in my truck. My truck was parked at a crossroad. My son
and I saw, at the same moment, a large 'cloud-like ball' bouncing through
the sky. He asked me if I saw it and I said yes. At that moment the ball
turned into a very large whirlwind in the valley below this crossroad. A
few moments later a huge eagle emerged from the whirlwind and started
flying through the valley. Everyone from the church socials scattered
fearing this large bird. My youngest daugher was not in the truck at the
time. As I yelled at her to get in the truck, the eagle started flying
towards her. I woke up at this point.

I rarely dream like this...this dream was extremely vivid and frightening.

Do you have any idea what it might mean for me?

Dream Title what happen next!?!/Badge Man
Date of Dream july 22,2000 / 4AM
Dream I was in a room [ may be bedroom, motel, etc.]with
a young woman [who for six months I worked with in a Law Enforcement roll
before she left the east coast and went to the west coast with her
husband].We were in only our underwear, sitting on a bed , the lighting is
dim. We were having a very deep intellectual conversation. The room is very
warm/hot and we are sweating. We begin to touch each other slowly, then we
kiss; [then my alarm clock went off, and I woke up not knowing what
happen]. I have never though about dating this young woman; and had nothing
other than a working relationship with her while she worked at the Police
Dept. She is some 20 years younger than me. What this mean, if anything.
