Prefer drm device based drm_dbg_kms(), drm_err(), drm_WARN_ON() over
DRM_DEBUG_KMS(), DRM_ERROR(), and WARN_ON(). Also update encoder,
connector, and crtc logging to include the object id and name, where
possible.
