Can you try just reverting this patch: http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=commitdiff;h=d33ef52d9db8a36900dd53f2e32db9a521ace259 I think the real issue is a bug in the 3D driver (probably a flush at the wrong time) that one of these commits exposing.
